I started in the motor trade as an apprentice panel beater in 1976, taught by 2 Aston Martin trained panel beaters. I then joined Southern Classics in 1981 as a skilled panel beater and body repairer. In 1989 I was promoted to workshop manager. In 1992 I bought the company in a management buy out. In 2005 we moved the company to its present location. What I really love about my job is working with my team, without them we would not be able to repair or restore the very best classic cars! My hobbies include: fishing, clay pigeon shooting, walking with my dog and Oh yes, the odd real ale or two!
